• DOT physicals are now available at Boonville Health Center

    Corrine Kelley, FNP-BCDepartment of Transportation (DOT) physicals for drivers of commercial motor vehicles are now available at Rome Health’s Boonville Health Center, located at 13407 State Route 12, Boonville.

    Please call 315.942.3500 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available weekdays 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the family practice.

    As a licensed “medical examiner” on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration National Registry, Nurse Practitioner Corrine Kelley, FNP-BC has completed the required training and passed the National Registry Medical Examiner certification test certifying her to perform comprehensive DOT physicals.

    Kelley has been a family nurse practitioner in Boonville for 4 years and is also accepting new primary care patients.

    A native of Boonville, Kelley has been involved in caring for her community since her teen years. She became a volunteer firefighter at the age of 14, following in a family tradition. After graduating from Adirondack High School, Reed received her associate of applied science degree in nursing from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing, Utica. She later earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a master’s of science in nursing and certification as a family nurse practitioner through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at SUNY IT, Marcy.
